My name is Damien but everyone calls me Dim, because Damien was reserved for the special occasions my mom was angry with me.
My passion regarding fitness has always been bodybuilding and sculpting an aesthetic physique. In pursuit of this goal I have tried many methods of training, until I stumbled across the works of Arthur Jones, Mike Mentzer and Dorian Yates.
Their methods all focused on a style of training that was low volume but extremely high intensity where working sets were performed with textbook strict form to complete failure. This they argued, would promote the most muscle growth, and after testing the methods I have to say that I agree.
My philosophy, Damien Pitts Heavy Duty (DPHD) aims to target many types of people; bodybuilders or people who want to pursue bodybuilding, people who want to reduce body fat, those who want to achieve body recomposition and those who are highly busy and contend that they don’t have enough time to work out.
