I’m Bisma, my fitness journey began in 2012 when I decided to prioritise my health and well-being. Inspired by my family's history of diabetes, I sought to reduce my own risk and boost my self-confidence through a more active lifestyle.
With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals overcome health challenges and improve their overall well-being. I've worked with clients suffering from a variety of conditions, including Fibromyalgia, PCOS, Diabetes, Hypertension, Thyroid disorders, and chronic pain. Additionally, I've supported individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. My approach extends beyond physical fitness, emphasising the importance of addressing mental health barriers to achieve sustainable results.
My goal is to empower clients to integrate exercise and healthy eating into their lives in a way that complements their existing lifestyle. I strive to create a supportive and personalised training experience that caters to your individual needs and preferences.
