I've been involved in sports all my life, playing football as a kid and then moving on to rugby. My love for rugby is what propelled me into university, taking on a degree in Sports & Exercise Science. Within this course I found a love for everything fitness related, more specifically Strength & Conditioning. After I completed my undergraduate degree I moved on to pursue a masters in Strength & Conditioning and a PT qualification. I firmly believe that fitness is for everyone and it can and should be shaped to fit around the person - not the other way around. Making the gym an enjoyable space to be in is crucial to helping maintain consistency and is something I strive to do for all my clients. I take pride in my ability to find out someone's goals and potential limitations and work with them to overcome these as a team and reach those goals one step at a time. Fitness should and can be fun for everyone Consistency and enjoyment are top priority, everything else will come with time.
