STRONGER IN MIND & BODY…
A bit about myself:
I’ve excelled at many sports from a young age but I now focus on rugby. I was in the Caledonia U16 and U18 rugby squads and now play for Heriots rugby club. Playing competitive sport has given me an understanding of the physical and mental attributes required to succeed but I understand that not everyone is interested in sport and need other ways to achieve personal goals.
I have always enjoyed helping people. This became very apparent when I helped my sister start a fitness program, during lock down, that is still part of her weekly routine. After completing four weeks of Royal Marine Commando training, I decided to concentrate on becoming a personal trainer.
I understand reaching fitness goals is not easy but with my help I can get you there and provide methods to sustain your new fitness and wellbeing.
