- Brand new Shape zone, our beginner-friendly strength zone, featuring lighter barbells, dumbbells, glute-focused machines, and benches — ideal for building strength with confidence.
- An impressive 8-bay lifting rig in the free weights area.
- Upgraded functional training zone.
Please note the gym will remain open, so you can still come in and work out anytime. Please see notice board in club for start on site date. Please note whilst our teams work on your gym areas may be closed off, and there will be local notices in place to ensure your safety. We kindly ask that you don't attempt to access these areas during this period.
