Hey! My name is Fallon, and I am Head Coach and Founder of Fuel Focused, where our mission is to help females ditch the self-doubt mindset that’s been holding them back so far, whilst becoming strong and confident in the gym. Fuelling Nutrition: We teach you to be less confused about what you can and can’t eat, whilst learning how to fuel your body with the nutritious food it needs to achieve your goals. We help you navigate your busy schedule whilst prioritising your health. Ignition Training: Our 1-1 PT sessions are there to set the standard of training with intent. You will get the support & knowledge you need to achieve your dream body in the gym, whilst overcoming any anxiety of walking into the busy weights area. Resilient Mindset: Where we switch up those negative habits you’ve let creep into your lifestyle and transform your mindset into believing you can achieve anything in life.
