About me

I am a qualified Level3 Personal Trainer and LesMills Strength Development Instructor.  I started my fitness journey about 5 years ago from creating my own home workouts, to stay active and support my mental health and wellbeing during the lockdown. I realized that fitness is an amazing way to keep that balance between healthy body and mind ❤ Also, that time I decided to entirely change my carrier and started my education at Health and Fitness course, gradually gaining qualifications over the years.   My absolute favourite type of training is Strength Training (does not always mean HEAVY lifting!). I can help you improve muscular endurance and strength, help to change body composition using different types of resistance equipment or simply bodyweight. Being physically active will keep you healthy and strong and help build up confidence while seeing all the positive changes happening to your body.    If you struggling to stay active due to tight schedule, commitments or just simply lack of motivation I am happy to help you. I will create efficient fitness programmes, tailored to your personal needs and goals, that can be easily squeezed in during your busy days.
