’ve been into sport and fitness all my life, started by playing football since I was 5 which I still continue to play today, I do boxing every week for 2 years now and I have been going to the gym for 4 years primarily weightlifting which started with the same goal as so many others which was losing fat, which is why I became a personal trainer to give people that help I didn’t have which cost me so much time and progress which I don’t want others to make the same mistake.
Everyone has their own goals varying from many different things, you might want to lose that stubborn belly fat, grow muscles that will one day compete in shows, improve you're performance in you're sport whatever reason you have it’s valid and I can help you reach that goal as efficiently as possible.
Fitness is scary to start with no matter what type of fitness it is, when I first walked into a gym the only thing I knew was the treadmill and you might be the same which is okay let me help you start feeling more confident and start improving you're life.
