Hey, I’m Megan, and I’ve been a personal trainer, both in person and online, for over 8 years. My passion is not only to help you get stronger but also to help you feel more confident—both inside and outside of the gym.
Fitness has been a key part of my own journey, especially in managing my mental health. Strength training gave me a sense of control, empowerment, and mental clarity when I needed it most. That’s why I’m so passionate about guiding others to discover how transformative exercise can be for both body and mind.
