Hi my names Donna!
I have been a PT since 2018 helping beginners who aren’t sure where to start on their health and fitness journey. I understand how difficult/overwhelming it can get when you try to juggle work, studying, social life, etc and have been there before myself and constantly having to ‘start back on Monday’, it was never ending cycle. Since I became a PT in 2018 I have supported hundreds of women look and feel better about themselves but more so become more educated, motivated and accountable to themselves to be able to go off and have the confidence to continue their health and fitness journey themselves and enjoy the process!
Since undergoing a huge major spine surgery I had back in 2014 from having Scoliosis, I had to learn how to walk again and learn how to now adapt my exercises to suit my new spine. Since the surgery, this has changed my whole perspective on exercising. This really gave me the wake up call on how lucky I am to be able to walk again and to be able to move my body.
