As a coach I prioritise enjoyment at the forefront of your health and fitness journey. After all, it’s much harder to commit to something that you don’t enjoy doing it, right?
I work closely with my clients to discover the types of exercise that they enjoy most and create personalised training plans that align with their strength and fitness goals, that they are excited to perform.
Over the last five years, I have supported clients of all abilities in gaining strength, changing body composition, improving fitness and sports performance, supporting injury rehabilitation, and preparing for races and fitness events.
