I’m a personal trainer who specialises in combining strength & conditioning with flexibility training. Many of the clients I work with have hybrid or concurrent goals. My approach is rooted in regular support, effective training principles & attention to detail.
This approach, combined with my psychology degree, passion for coaching & commitment to empower my clients to be confident in their abilities, will allow you to reach your goals when you decide to work with me.
