I've been into sports and training from a very young age, from judo to off-road bikes and just about everything in between!
I'm so passionate about training it's more a lifestyle choice than a job to me.
I've also been a senior chef in some of the UK's top hotels and restaurants and I'm excited to bring my two passions together to create a specific training and nutrition based programme to my clients' individual needs and goals.
