Welcome to PureGym. My name is Mike.
I got my first taste of training back in 2008 when preparing for the army. Running was my first addiction followed quickly by weightlifting becoming my new obsession in 2010.
In 2012 I launched myself as a Personal Trainer. Since then I've had the privilege to work with a vast array of different clients from all areas of the spectrum, working with groups and individuals with a huge variety of different personal goals and achievements, pushing my own understanding and capabilities to new heights.
Everyone is unique so each session is catered for your own benefit and development. I offer personalized 1 to 1 as well as group sessions at the gym.
As an online coach I also support with high levels of guidance focused around accountability training.
