I originally studied Computer Science at uni, but after suffering two major injuries (I nearly lost a leg playing football and had a serious injury to my spine and pelvis in a car crash), I trained my own way back to strength and health – I wanted my life back.This fired my determination to become a fitness professional. Drawing on my personal experience and professional expertise I can meet your needs because I understand how your body works, whether you’re recovering from injury or poor health or looking for a programme that builds your physical strength and mental resilience like never before. I love seeing my clients achieve their goals and exceeding their own expectations – and it can be a lot of fun along the way!
