Hi I'm Alex
I know the gym can be a daunting placeand understanding how to reach your fitness goals can be a real challenge, that's why I have decided to become a personal trainer.
My aim is to make everyone feel comfortable and confident in the gym whilst helping them to achieve their goals.
I've always been into fitness and have competed in a number of sports to list a few: MMA, Kickboxing, Football, atheltics and more. My love for fitness has always been clear to me and thats the main reason I chose to become a personal trainer, I want to share my knowledge and experience with others and let them know that the gym doesn't need to be confusing or scary even if you're brand new!
