I understand the struggle of taking your fitness journey to the next level. As your coach, I am here to make and implement a personalised plan to help you look, feel and be at your absolute best!
Through my experience as a medical student and having fractured my ankle, being unable to walk for months, I understand the impact of injuries - our programme will focus on preventing injuries & burn-out, because you will make positive lifelong changes with me! If you are ready, with my help, we can push you into high performance - with plenty of experience competing in sports such as rugby, boxing, and training to compete in natural bodybuilding; l understand what it takes to be the best - and we will get you there!
