Hi, let me introduce myself. I’m Josh, a brand-new personal trainer here at PureGym Charing Cross. Health and Fitness plays a massive role in my life and in many ways has saved me from going down many wrong paths in life. I am passionate about instilling a positive mindset and changing clients' lifestyles for the better. No matter your goals I'm confident I will be able to help you reach these, whether it be fat loss, build muscle, gain strength or generally feel more confident about yourself. I understand how daunting and uncomfortable it can be starting your fitness journey, around 7 years ago I had numerous back surgeries to fix a slipped disc. This led to me being the unhealthiest and unhappiest I had ever been, I had gained 6 stone due to being not able to walk. I was terrified to start at a gym, but I pushed myself through it and never looked back. The last few years I have gained the experience and knowledge to teach and help people with their own fitness journeys and I will do everything I can to help you reach your goals.
