Hello! I’m Muhammad. Fitness has transformed my life and now I’m here to help others unlock their potential. Growing up with Tourette's, I faced a lot of challenges – constant stares, laughter, and imitations. My tics drew attention I didn’t want but I discovered fitness as a powerful outlet. When I lift weights or play pickleball, I feel more at peace and my tics ease. Pickleball especially has been a big part of my journey. I know what it's like to be the last pick, to hear you're "not good enough," and to feel out of place. But through dedication, my journey from feeling like an outsider to making it onto the top courts and competing in the ‘Sketchers Scottish Open’ taught me resilience, patience, and the power of self-belief – who would have thought that struggling to complete a push up to becoming a PT was so in reach! I’m dedicated to helping you push past your own limits – whether it's lifting confidently, moving better, or simply feeling at home in the gym. I’m here to provide you with a supportive, motivating experience, guiding you step-by-step toward a stronger, healthier version of yourself.
