In 2019, during lockdown, I was overweight, battling physical and mental struggles, unable to run a 5k without pain, or even complete a single push-up or pull-up. Since then, I've transformed my life, boosting my confidence and overcoming low self-esteem. Now, I'm eager to pass on my knowledge and inspire you to achieve new heights.
