About me

I developed a passion for fitness after starting boxing in my early teens. In my later teens, I transitioned away from boxing to running and weightlifting, although I still struggled with my eating habits. Fast forward to now, I still love running and weightlifting. I’ve completed marathons and ultramarathons, and I can confidently say I’ve tried it all when it comes to fad and crash diets. After years of struggling with nutrition, I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t. Fitness changed my life. Now, as a coach, I want to help others change theirs, build the body they want, use it to perform at their best and above all, feel great — without going through the pain of trial and error like I did.
