Hello my name is Lisa, Strength training has been my passion for the past 10 years! During that time, I have experienced many different training phases such as fat loss, muscle building, strength & conditioning, and competing in powerlifting. At the age of 44 I can honestly say that I am the fittest and strongest that I have ever been, and I can’t wait to help others feel the same! The health benefits from resistance training (especially as we age) are too important to miss out on! I am here to show that age is just a number and its never to late to start!
