About me

Hi, my name’s Shona!

I’ve been on my own personal gym journey for over two years now. I’ve lost over 20kgs in body weight, gained so much confidence in myself and even gone from never running in my life to competing in multiple HYROX races and running events - if I can do it so can you!

I’ve always loved working with and supporting people, and have spent the last 12 years working in healthcare doing so. I decided it was time to take the leap and make the change from nursing to personal training.

I’m really passionate about your overall health and well-being. Coming to the gym isn’t just about changing the way your body looks, it’s about how you feel too! Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your mental health, build confidence or simply have a coach who keeps you accountable and supports you - I would love to help you!
