Hey, I'm Matt. Fitness is more than just a job for me, it's my passion & my purpose.
With over 12 years coaching, I've had the privilege of coaching people from all walks of life, from beginners starting their fitness journey to elite athletes pushing their limits. No matter where they come from or what their goals are, what excites me most is seeing how fitness changes lives; physically, mentally, and emotionally. Working overseas, traveling around Scotland & coaching people from different backgrounds, I’ve learned that every person is unique & that’s what I love about it!
I make it my mission to connect with my clients on a personal level, really understanding what they need and what they’re working toward. Whether you’re here to improve your strength, get fitter, or simply feel better in your own skin, I’m here to help guide you along that path.
But it’s not just about the physical side of things for me. Fitness is a powerful tool for mental well-being too. I believe that when you work on you, you push your physical limits, you’re also working on your mentality pushing your mental capabilities. It’s about confidence, overcoming challenges & building a resilient mindset that supports success, both in and out of the gym.
My focus is always on building sustainable habits, ones that last long after our sessions together. I’m here to teach, support, and educate you through the process, so that you can continue to thrive on your own.
I’m a people person & I wear my heart on my sleeve. Motivation, inspiration & fun are at the front of everything I do. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, push your limits, and ultimately, become the best version of you.
