Hi everyone my name is Rhys, since a young age I have had a huge passion for sports and fitness such as Boxing ,weightlifting and Circuit training.
My goal as a personal trainer is to help beginners learn the correct techniques and make sure you are making progress each week. Also to help more advanced trainers who feel they have hit a wall with muscle gains or trimming that last bit of stubborn fat.
I truly take a passion in making sure my clients achieve the best version of themselves they can be inside and out of the gym.
I have 10 years experience in boxing therefore I will be offering boxing 1-1s for either boxing cardio alongside more advanced boxing techniques.
