Hi I'm Adam

The owner of Elite Group Coaching. I have been a trainer here at Pure Gym Retail Park since open in 2016 and have helped hundreds of members achieve their goals whilst transforming their lives. We help both males and females lose fat and get fit. I specialise in group training predominately, but also coach 1-1 PT and online coaching. I am encouraging, supportive and very easy going. Expect me to always be smiling and full of energy! Elite Group Coaching gives clients the opportunity to overcome gym anxiety due to our strong community-based style coaching. Once signed up, you are then part of a team of like-minded individuals working towards your goals.
