I specialise in a variety of different training fields which i have learnt to incorperate together in order to offer a well rounded plan that will help you to acheive your goals, but also ensure that we are also looking after your body in terms of recovery and injury prevention.
I'm able to teach and help you with: Weight lifting Body weight exercises ie. Pull Ups, Dips, Push Ups ect. Functional Training Muay Thai (Kickboxing) Boxing Strength & Conditioning Losing Weight/Toning Up Muscle Growth/Body Sculpting Mobilty, Injury Prevention Treatment through sports massage
