Hi! I’m Ellie,
I have experienced first hand how fitness can pick you up from your lowest, to being the best version of yourself! Do not underestimate how much of a positive impact it can have on you. Fitness is fun... I promise. You deserve to feel confident, happy and healthy. I train for Ironman events (triathlon ultra endurance) so I know how to stay motivated and I will implement these strategies for your training!
