As a PT & Online Coach, I specialize in helping women achieve their fitness goals while building a healthy, balanced relationship with food and life. Together we will focus on creating sustainable habits that fit into YOUR lifestyle, allowing you to stay active and enjoy social occasions, all while making your progress long lasting.
I believe that fitness is a form of self care, it doesn’t only help you physically, but mentally too! Empowering you to feel comfortable and confident in your own skin, becoming the best version of you. I will work with you to make a personalised plan that allows you to reach your goals without sacrificing the things you love.
I first started my fitness journey in 2020 where I developed a passion for the gym, and with the knowledge I’ve gained from doing body recomposition myself I decided to become a PT! I’ve previously done body building prep for 2 years, which led to me not competing due to an unhealthy relationship with not only food but the gym too; the experience taught me a lot about mental health and fitness. I now use my knowledge and experience to help women feel happier and healthier, not drained and restricted!
