With a passion for helping people build strength, improve fitness, and boost confidence, I’ll work with you to become the strongest and healthiest version of yourself. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan that fits your lifestyle — whether you’re mastering weight training techniques, working toward weight/fat loss, or simply gaining confidence and feeling unstoppable in the gym. With over 15 years of weight/resistance training experience, I’ve competed in multiple Hyrox events, ran half marathons, and participated in various 5K/10K races. I’ve also successfully coached over 50 clients online over the past 2 years, helping them achieve their weight loss and fitness goals.
