Hello, Im Mackenzie.
Weight training and fitness have always been a passion of mine, since i was 13 years old. As ive been training for years, ive made a lot of mistakes that ive learned from. These expeirences have greatly informed my approach to training in a very postive way. I adore problem solving, so whatever your goal, I will figure out a path the achieve this. I am a strong believer that training is paramount for mental health, and shouldnt feel like a chore, so I always aim to make sessions fun and exciting. I have trained in multiple variations of training such as; powerlifting, olympic lifting, bodybuilding, street calisthetics. As well as that I have also participated in fitness activities like judo, Brazialin jiu jitsu and chinese kick boxing.
