I have a background in sports coaching, specifically outdoor adventure and expedition leadership, and have exerience working within the emergency services so know first-hand the difficulties of balancing busy work and family demands, with meeting your goals. Whatever your goals, I make reaching them more attainable for you by building your mindset, habits, confidence, resilience and fitness to improve your overall health- All while making fitness fun!
