Hey! I’m Lily. An ex-bodybuilding athlete and 2x UK champion, mother to a cheeky 2-year-old and advanced personal trainer. I’m passionate about creating and sustaining healthy, strong bodies. I have over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry, and I’ve worked with many clients over the years to help them achieve their physical goals and improve their overall well-being and lifestyle. As your coach, I will give you the accountability you need, as well as a structured and progressive program that is individual to you. No matter what your current fitness level is, I will be there to guide you through every step of your workouts and push you to challenge yourself.
