Hi I’m Mark
Firstly welcome to Pure Gym! I have been working in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years from fitness instruction to managing fitness clubs.My love has always been in personal training and helping people change mentally and physically through consistent exercise and nutrition.In my own fitness journey I have completed in powerlifting at British level and bodybuilding, which were both different sports I could learn alot from.
From this I try to focus my personal training on getting my clients fitter, stronger and a better version of themselves.
