Whatever you want to achieve here is fine by me. I'm a 'no judgment' kind of guy so whether you want to just build some confidence in the gym, work on your fitness knowledge and technique, or begin adding some new lifestyle changes, then I am down for joining you on your journey!
I've been working in the fitness industry since 2016 and I currently hold 10 health and fitness qualifications in a variety of disciplines, so I like to approach training from a holistic point of view; looking at the big picture and working with you and your lifestyle to create sustainable results for a lifetime.
