About me

As a personal trainer and a dad of 3, I know how important it is to stay strong and energised for every day life. I train clinets using a mix of weights, cardio and bodyweight exercises to build real world fitness that lasts.

My training philosphy is simple:

  • build strength with weights
  • improve endurance with cardio
  • enhance mobility and control with bodyweight training aka calisthenics.

Wether your goal is to get stronger, move better or just feel great in your body I will tailor your training to suit you. I offer both in person and online coaching to fit your schedule.
