Hi! I'm Grace a personal trainer here at PureGym Ravenswood, I started my journey in the same situation as you, overwhelemed and confused seeking guidance, support and overall motivation to get me going. My journey in this industry started through me having no self confidence, i was constantly making myself feel guilty for going out having a good time and overall feeling low witihin myself. After starting to train as a beginner i found a love and passion for fitness and it also made my confidence rise. I want everyone to feel confident within themselves and i ant to support and guide you through your own journey!
