I started my fitness journey in the same boat as many others- I was overwhelmed, confused and believed that restriction was the only way to see results. I soon realised this wasn’t the way to see the changes I wanted to see and I changed the narrative. I built a routine that was sustainable, enjoyable and healthy but still made me see results! This change is what inspired me to become a PT and help others on the same journey.
