A little bit about myself, I enjoy doing a lot of pysical activities, and spend most of my time either in the gym, running, hiking or cycling. Since i was young ive always had to be active or constantly doing something as i was quite a hyperactive kid, so when i started going to the gym, it was what i needed and i soon fell in love with it! after learning a lot more about fitness and how my body works, which exercises benefit me and the best ways for me to make progress in the gym, and gaining I much wider understanding on training as a whole I decided to get my personal trainer qualifications to help people like myself that don’t feel like they’re getting the results they’re working hard for, or need the guidance with their training that could be beneficial for the goals they’re aiming for !
