Hello everyone, I’m Briana, one of the personal trainers here at PureGym Kettering.
I have always loved health & fitness and have a particular interest in nutrition. Experiencing many challenges throughout my journey, I am able to share my struggles but also knowledge and understanding from these. I want to help you overcome any challenges you face so you can achieve your goals successfully.
A passion of mine is helping women become the best versions of themselves, supporting them to feel more confident within the gym environment, helping with weight loss, muscle building and much more!
