Just two years ago I was 110kg/17st 3lbs, which for my height was classed as morbidly obese. I knew then that something had to be done.
I joined a gym & worked out alone for 3 months with no progress to show, so I went on to work with a personal trainer for 3 months. He taught me how to train properly, while helping me fix my eating habits & mindset on food. He pushed me to learn things on my own about training & nutrition. About 3 months into training with him, he switched gyms but assured me I knew enough to keep going on my own. I kept training & dieting on my own, which eventually led to me losing 40kg/6st 9lbs on my own over a course of 1.5 years.
I decided shortly after this that I wanted to make it my life’s mission to help people do the same thing & reach their health/fitness goals, so I started a level 2&3 PT course, learnt everything I needed to. Now I’m here to help you do the same. Don’t be shy, pop us a message
