Hi beautiful people!! My name is Libby and I am a level 2 gym instructor and level 3 personal trainer🩷

Through my own fitness journey I have gone from a size XL at nearly 14 stone to now a size small at 10 stone! Through my journey I gained the amazing inspiration to want to put my hard work and knowledge to good use in helping other woman feel that sense of empowerment and confidence and also to genuinely enjoy their training and make the progress they dream of🩷

Because of my journey I feel like this has helped me so much to support and understand others and how they’re feeling through their process!✨
