I have had an interest in fitness from a young age. I started training in mixed martial arts in my early teens and quickly grew a passion for the intensive workouts. Through this passion it drove me to acquiring my black belts and to teaching martial arts. Over the years my passion for fitness has grown further and I am now working to help others achieve their goals, better themselves and their health. I strongly believe that health is wealth so I want to help you reach your prime fitness. I can help create the perfect personalised plan to aid you in your journey to creating lean muscle mass and pushing your physical limits.
