About me

My journey in the gym began as a 15-year-old athlete. My favourite events were Javelin, Shot Putt, Hammer Throw, Triple jump, and 100m.

My goal was therefore building foundational strength, whilst also developing my understanding of how to move more efficiently, with correct form. All of these helped build my success as an athlete.

How I can help you? As a Personal Trainer, my mission is to replicate the above, by helping people within the 30 – 65 age range move more freely, so they can live their life to its fullest, without restraints.
