Hello I'm Megan,
I have had a love for sport and exercise most of my life, and since stepping for foot into the gym over 4 years ago it has become a part of my daily routine that I couldn’t live without.
For me, fitness completely transformed my confidence. From feeling uncomfortable in my own skin and lacking confidence, to being proud of the physique I have built, and the mental resilience I have developed along the way.
I want to encourage others to view exercise as a privilege not a chore and expose them to the mental and physical benefits of exercise and push them beyond their limits.
To reach your goals you have to become comfortable with feeling uncomfortable, and that is where I will be here to guide you every step of the way to becoming the best version of yourself in the most sustainable way possible.
