Hello, I'm Josh.
Sport, fitness and health has always been a huge passion and part of my life. Having played rugby league since I was 6, then having the opportunity to play semi-professional once I reached my teens.
During my career in sport so far, I have gained so much experience and knowledge in training and programming strength and conditioning workouts. I then decided to further my knowledge by studying for my level 2/3 sports coaching and my level 2/3 Personal training qualifications.
The approach I take to coaching my clients is unique and backed by research and experience from others within the industry. I now offer my knowledge in coaching and PT sessions to both individuals and groups wishing to develop themselves, physically and mentally!
