PRIORITISE FITNESS PERSONAL TRAINING

Hey guys, I’m Lauren! After working in the fitness industry for over 3 years and training for over 6, I’ve come to understand that fitness is more than just exercise; it’s also your relationship with food and quality of nutrition, your mindset towards body image and self confidence and your lifestyle.

So here at Prioritise Fitness, you’ll learn not only how to train safely and effectively at the gym, but also how to improve your mobility and flexibility, how to fuel your body to achieve your goals, how to implement lifestyle changes to better support your fitness and wellness journey, and how to succeed by yourself when you are ready to embark on your journey without me!

I am a big believer in sustainable change that will last for a lifetime, so expect more manageable changes to your lifestyle and diet over time to create long lasting change; we don’t believe in the all or nothing approach here!
