Hi, I’m Karen also known as Coach KP. I am a dedicated personal trainer with a BSc Honours in Physiotherapy as well as being a sports and therapeutic massage therapist.
My fitness journey has been shaped by years of trial and error, going back and forth through stages of weight loss and muscle building, constantly refining what worked best for me. Having experienced the ups and downs of pursuing fitness goals, I questioned whether I could truly reach my goals. Through education, perseverance, hard work and consistency I have built an effective, enjoyable and sustainable lifestyle that I love. That is why I’m committed to supporting those who struggle with their own confidence or lack the knowledge or accountability to incorporate fitness into their daily lives and achieve their goals!
I understand that everyone is different. We all respond uniquely to training and nutrition which is why I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, focusing not just on physical training but also building confidence, motivation and a health mindset.
