I'm Nathan, I’m a qualified personal trainer and a Chek practitioner. This means I use a holistic approach to your health and fitness built on three key themes: corrective exercise, lifestyle management and coaching.
Whether your goals are increased performance, being able to move pain free and play with your kids or to simply learn the best training for you and how you move, I can get you there.
Since we are all as different on the inside as on the outside my goal is to educate you on how to eat, move and be healthy for your unique needs…what works for others isn’t what works for you
