About me

With a decade’s worth of experience in fitness that includes martial arts, dance, hiking, weight lifting, yoga and climbing. I know what it means to push yourself and experience all that your body is capable of.

I also know what it means to start from zero. Being no stranger to feeling anxious and out of place in a gym, unsure of what to do. It took me time to learn gym confidence as well.

A big issue for most is nutrition. While I work with people of any diet, I've been plant based for 10 years now and have strong methods to help people feel in control no matter their nutrition goals.

All of this is why my approach to coaching is always led with empathy and designed to have you feeling your most confident and capable. What's more, it’s about taking the pressure off you, making it fun and creating unconscious discipline in your life that will have wider changes than you would have imagined before starting on your journey.
